Engineering Services for Sports Betting Company
For a leading sports betting company Techlabs team provides software development, site reliability engineering, software quality assurance engineering and data engineering capabilities on an ongoing basis. This engagement started with a project where the client needed support to get an ongoing CX chat mediation project on track. The Techlabs team ended up completely re-architecting the solution and implementing a mediator that could scale to meet customer expectations.
The CX Chatbot mediator was developed to integrate Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) with Google Dialogflow to provide enhanced customer journeys with chatbots and Natural Language Understanding (NLU). The chatbot mediator that the client had implemented was not reliable nor scalable. The Techlabs team re-architected the solution and built the mediator to scale to handle approximately 10,000 - 13,000 communications daily. The Chatbot is the largest Google Dialogflow CX API consumer to date.
As a result of the success of this project a team of 9-10 engineers works with the client on an ongoing basis in the following areas:
- Fullstack developers (Java, Springboot, Python, PHP, React JS, Angular JS) from Techlabs augment client teams in developing customer services chatbot solutions using Avaya and Google dialog flow
- Fullstack engineers are also responsible for SRE work and work in two shifts
- Data engineers provide ETL services in the gaming domain
- Frontend engineers use React JS and React JS to improve user experience communicating with the Avaya back end
- Software quality assurance engineers to augment existing teams in functional testing and test automation
